Engagement structure

Strategic Access engagements are offered by application and structured in two components:

  • Monthly Advisory Retainer — covers relationship mapping, facilitated introductions, positioning counsel, and ongoing deal support.
  • Success Alignment — for transaction-oriented engagements, a pre-agreed success fee aligns our incentives with your outcomes. Terms are defined in writing before any introduction is made.

All engagements begin with a signed Strategic Access Agreement covering confidentiality, scope, and value exchange. Engagement is limited to a small number of clients at a time to protect the quality of every introduction.
